• Power Backups Charges Rs. ₹50,000*/- for 1 KW shall be payable. Premium Club Membership of ₹30,000*/- Optional
• GST as application shall be paid extra with installment as per Govt. Norms. (Presently 5% for 3BHK)
• In case of Non-Payment or delay in the payment of installment as per payment plan, the developer reserves the right to cancel the allotment or regularize the allotment by charging.
• Cost of stamp duty, Registration fee, Document Charges, PSEB Electricity Connection charges, GST as applicable & any other charges/taxes levied by the government shall be borne by the intending allottee (s) as per actual.
• Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company. Price ruling on date of booking and acceptance by the company shall be applicable.
